The final challenge of the year was to produce a creative design solution for a particular location at the Kingsway Campus. This project provided the opportunity to gain insight into working methods, learn key terminology and explore the relationships between interior designer, client and consultants.
Room 210 at Kingsway is currently quite tired and uninspiring as a study room.
A design solution was needed to improve the usefulness of the room aswell as its appeal.
Year 1 – Project 3
Design and functions combined together
The room will be used by 3 departments: fashion communications, interior design and product design. Activities will include video blogs, photography, interviews, teaching, study & collaboration work.
