Banks Road, West Kirby – Investment Potential Document
A bespoke document was produced for a client with planning permission on Banks Road in West Kirby, designed to go beyond standard estate agent particulars. The aim was to highlight the site’s full potential as a 13-bedroom hotel.
The document combined in-depth research into the surrounding area with carefully considered CGI imagery to help visualise what the site could become. It explored local attractions such as West Kirby Beach, the sailing and golf clubs, and the lively independent scene — all reinforcing the location’s appeal as a visitor destination.
This tailored report presented the property not just as real estate, but as a compelling investment opportunity in a sought-after coastal town.
